As we are based in Gothenburg, Sweden it means your items have already made the journey across the North Sea and passed through EU customs*.

By ordering from us we'll pack your items safely and get them to you as quickly as possible, which means less delivery time & no surprise customs issues or costs!

DENMARK

  • How to Shop

    1. Select your country "Denmark" on the top right side of our homepage. This will update our prices to your local currency, DKK.

    2. Add the items you wish to buy to your basket & then checkout.

    3. During checkout:
    A) NAME - Must exactly match your name on your Danish ID.

    B) Complete the rest of your details, delivery address, billing address if needed, email and telephone number.

    D) Proceed to pay for your order.

    3. We'll now pack your order and you will recive a DHL tracking number via SMS and/or Email. You will be notified when your items have arrived at a DHL collection point in Denmark, ready for you to collect. Don't forget if your order is not collected within 5 days DHL will return the items to us!

FINLAND

  • How to Shop

    1. Select your country "Finland" on the top right side of our homepage. This will update our prices to your local currency, EUROS.

    2. Add the items you wish to buy to your basket & then checkout.

    3. During checkout:
    A) NAME - Must exactly match your name on your Finnish ID.

    B) Complete the rest of your details, delivery address, billing address if needed, email and telephone number.

    D) Proceed to pay for your order.

    3. We'll now pack your order and you will recive a DHL tracking number via SMS and/or Email. You will be notified when your items have arrived at a DHL collection point in Finland, ready for you to collect. Don't forget if your order is not collected within 5 days DHL will return the items to us!

NORWAY

  • *We'd love to send items to our lovely Norwegian customers, but unfortunately it's hard enough to get products into the EU without thinking of sending them out again. Our solution is simple, we can send items to a DHL Service Point in Sweden, but near the Norwegian border for you to travel and collect.

  • How to Shop

    1. Add the items you wish to buy to your basket & then start to checkout.

    2. During checkout:
    A) NAME - Must match your Norwegian ID (other ID's are unfortunately not accepted by DHL when collecting packages by Norwegian customers).

    B) DELIVERY ADDRESS - This must be a DHL Service Point in SWEDEN, which can be close to the Norwegian border. Example:

    C) BILLING ADDRESS - This can be a Norwegian address.

Don't forget your Norwegan ID and if your order is not collected within 5 days DHL will return the items to us!
