Q: What countries do we ship to?
A: We currently send items within Sweden and as of February 2025 we can now send to customers within Denmark & Finland. Read more about this service here - SENDING TO DENMARK & FINLAND.
Q: Do we ship to Norway?
A: Unfortunately as Norway is outside of the EU we are unable to export items to you. However, we can ship to a service point within Sweden (e.g. Strömstad). Read more about this service here - SENDING TO NORWAY.
Q: How do we telephone you?
A: Unfortunately we do not have a direct telephone number, but send us an email via the form below or to thebritishshopgbg@gmail.com and we will contact you as soon as possible!
Q: Want to know if a product is in stock in our shop?
A: If it's in stock on our website, then we should have it in our shop.
Q: Can't find a specific product on our website?
A: Send us an e-mail and we can let you know if or when we expect the product to arrive. The best thing is to follow us on Facebook and Instagram, we will post to inform customers as soon as new deliveries and products arrive.
Q: Can we hold a product for you?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot reserve a product. If you would like a product, please place an order and select the pickup from store or delivery option during checkout.
