Product ingredients?

Product ingredient, allergen, nutrition and dietary information is ever changing and updated by the manufacturers. We try to keep our information as updated as possible. If you have any questions regarding ingredient, allergen, nutrition and dietary information, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to help, in English or Swedish.

Delivery options and costs?

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase you can then complete your shopping via the checkout. Here you will need to enter your contact details (name, address, email address and phone number). During checkout you will then have two options to select from:

  1. Collect in our Gothenburg shop - this service is free of charge, allowing you to order, pay online and collect in the shop. Items should be collected within 48 hours, remember to bring your order confirmation email. Please note - this service maybe unavailable during peak times.
  2. Delivery - We use DHL to deliver items across Sweden. When placing your order the system will automatically workout the total weight of the items you have ordered and offer you relevant shipping costs (delivery prices include MOMs):
  • 0-5kgs = 99Kr
  • 5.1-10kgs = 119kr
  • 10.1-13kgs = 135Kr
  • 13kgs-17kgs+ = 160Kr

If your order exceeds the maximum 17kgs weight limit then you need to separate into two different orders to process these.

Once selecting the delivery or collection option you will be taken through to process your payment. Once your payment is complete you will receive an order confirmation email.

If you have selected DHL Service Point delivery your items will be packed securely and once the delivery is booked you will receive an email to let you know they are shortly on their way. Once the items are collected by DHL you will then receive a SMS to the telephone number you provided during the checkout process. We will always try to send your items to the nearest DHL Service Point available to the address you entered during checkout.
